Chilly

We're supposed to get snow this weekend, and than it'll turn to freezing rain. That will be followed by more rain and high winds. Hmmmmm . . . can you say up-rooted trees?! There is still a layer of ice on our pool from the cold that we had Thanksgiving week (keep the ice skates in the closet, though).
This all brings me to our electric bill. We have been on the "budget" payment plan with P.S.E. since June. They averaged our past years usage and our monthly "budget" amount has been $79 which is very reasonable. However, they do a review every six months, and apparently we've been using a lot more than we've been "budgeted" for. So P.S.E. was kind enough to jack our not-so-budget friendly amount up to $173 a month for the next six months. I don't recommend the budget plan to anyone. Merry Christmas from P.S.E.!
