Diets suck. I have no willpower. Well, I can't say NONE, but I have very little.
Cravings suck. If I crave something, I want it. If I don't get it, I seem to get cranky about it.
Rice cakes suck. (They're not horrible, but they aren't satisfying when you really want some Triscuits.)
I am going to attempt a Super Bowl without beer. Can you believe that? Any words of advice or support? I'm also going to try to not eat the pizza I'm bringing to the party. Everyone who knows me is aware that my two favorite food/beverage combinations is beer and pizza. Next would be air-popped popcorn smothered in REAL butter topped with Uncle Dan's Ranch mix. Mmmmmmmmmmm. But did you know a serving of popcorn is only 3 tablespoons, which is less than half of what I normally make. Yikes!
Guess I better go buy more rice cakes.

Well, you can always drink lots and lots of water until your belly hurts. Then you won't feel like eating. That's what my mom used to tell us anyway. LOL
