Ten days of rain . . . some sun breaks. I actually saw blue sky on Friday for a few hours. If I want to see blue sky, I go to our friends' blog, Blue Sky Girls. They live in Denver. Even if is snows they get blue sky.
I really do like the rain . . . it keeps our part of the country nice and green (g-r-e-e-n, green). But COME ON! THIS IS ENOUGH!!!!!
Here is the marine forecast for our area for the next few days from the NOAA website:
SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND INLAND
WATERS INCLUDING THE OLYMPIC COAST NATIONAL MARINE SANCTUARY...
HIGH PRES OFFSHORE AND LOWER PRES INLAND WILL KEEP THE FLOW
ONSHORE TODAY. HIGH PRES WILL SHIFT INLAND TONIGHT AS A DEEPENING
LOW APPROACHES AND THEN MOVES ACROSS THE OFFSHORE WATERS. THE
STRONG COLD FRONT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS
THE AREA ON MON. EXPECT STRONG ONSHORE FLOW TO PREVAIL ON TUE.
Translation: RAINY AND WINDY.
We've had more SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES in the past few months than I've seen in the last few years for April, May and June.
It can only get better, right?
Right?

75 and sunny today. Mid-80s and sunny tomorrow. Sunny the day after that and the one after that... : )
That's not very nice to rub it in:(
44 and side-ways rain . . . lots of wind . . . thunder and lightening . . . very wet dog . . .
Amen sister! Enough of this crap already. This is the winter that will not end. I don't even mind the gray and rain so much but the cold temps are driving me nuts. I shouldn't have to have the heat on in June!
