Teresa brought her by on Thursday night for us to "meet". As soon as Jeremie took her out of the cat carrier, she snuggled up to his chest and rubbed her head up against his face. He was sold (Jeremie has always been disappointed in my cats because they don't like to be picked up and held and cuddled). I told him that he could pick our next cat, and he did.
I know I've said that Kasha needs a new friend . . . well, Kasha hates her. And Kasha kind of hates me, now, too. She hisses at me when I walk into the same room she's in. Little turd. But she will, in time, get used to this little kitten. Maggie and Tiki get along great. After the initial nervousness of seeing a big dog (she had been in a foster home with little dogs), Tiki was soon rubbing up against Maggie.
We are pretty sure she has A.D.D. Seriously. She'll run in and eat for 30 seconds; run out and climb over the couch; stop and look like she's stalking something; and run back in and eat for 30 seconds.
But she is definitely a little lover. She lifts her paw up to you and meows to try to get you to pick her up and snuggle.
Her drawbacks at this time are that she has a little upper respiratory thing going on so we have her on some medicine for a week or so, and when she is over-stimulated she likes to bite. She hasn't gotten me yet, but she really likes Jeremie's ear lobes.

She's beautiful! Don't worry. Kasha will get used to her soon and will forgive you too.
Congrats on the new kitten!
Tiki is adorable! Congratulations on the new addition.
She is cute. Conrad can't wait to meet her. He was really excited to see her on the screen, but his earlobes are off limits....
What a cutie pie. She's a lucky girl to have landed with your family. Give Kasha extra kisses from us (when you can get near her)!

She seems awesome! And Kasha is still grieving. She will forgive you, Val. And in time, peace will come, or (like us) you find a peaceful solution to the dysfunction. We just never have Lilah in the same place/room as Teeacee and Charm.
Can't wait to meet her.
she's so cute..even for a cat. :)
