Wants a Snow Day

One of my sisters, Rose, moved here from North Bonneville (which is 45 min. east of Vancouver, WA) in July with her husband, Ted, and daughter, Miriah, who just happens to be my mini-me (her parents call her L.V. which is short for "Little Val" ). Rose is the new principal at Assumption Catholic School. With being the principal, my sister has the power to do many things . . . many great things. One of the greatest powers she has (according to Miriah, who attends Assumption Catholic School) is to declare a Snow Day. My niece was extremely excited by this new-found power her mom has. But the sad news is that there hasn't been a snow day yet up here. Miriah might have gotten one today (the 29th), but I haven't heard yet.
